Elite 2 Bertha HV Accordion System

Hurricane Protection Services sells and installs the highly tested Elite 2 “Bertha HV” Shutter System. This system was designed, and tested by Eastern Metals Supply in conjunction with the American Shutter System Association (A.S.S.A.), and approved under the Miami-Dade County Building Code, Florida Building Code and International Building Code Regulations. The “Bertha HV” Shutter System features:

• Manufactured from high quality powder coated corrosion-resistant extruded aluminum and stainless steel hardware coated in Bertha HV DacroSheild coating system for corrosion resistance
• Unique interlocking folding blade system and “fold-a-way” HV centermate for improved “tighter stacking” for better unobstructed views and creates a “picture frame” look around your windows and doors
• HV Direct Mount side closures allow higher tolerances and give a cleaner overall look.
• Covers any width and heights up to 18 feet
• Dual blade system (Blade 1 & Blade 2) allows system to be engineered for structures ranging from single family homes to Miami’s tallest buildings
• Convenient to operate; recessed smooth sliding operation for easy opening and closing (does not stick in the track), openings are “protected” in a few minutes per window by one person - optional “floater panel” system also available to split up larger openings
• Optional corner centermate and heavy duty (HD) centermate closures; HD centermate has a Mortis Security Lock System
• 5 point locking system with locking rods and inside (egress) and/or outside key locks
• Radius tracking available (22, 45, 60, 90 degree and custom angles) for going around corners
